Where can I find a copy of my contract and when does it renew?

Our cloud hosting plans are generally pre-paid services, meaning you are charged on the 1st day of each billing period for the entire period in advance. During registration, you can choose between either monthly or annual billing periods. We recommend month-to-month hosting for small to medium-sized business services. That said, annual billing has the advantage of slightly better pricing and fewer transactions.

You can cancel the service any time before the renewal date and your service will not be renewed. If you have subscribed to multiple services, we will automatically synchronize the renewal dates to combine your services on a single invoice. You can request to cancel one, some, or all of your current services with us within the billing period. To manage your services, log into the client portal.
