To remove a single email address from the mailing list you would follow these instructions:

1. At the top of the page, if you are just coming into the Manage screen you will see the following again:
   
2. Click on Membership Management
   
   
3. Next click on Membership List to see this on the following screen:
   
4. If I wanted to remove michael@example.com I would simply click the check box to the left of the email address under  unsub and click Submit your Changes
   
   

Now when I look, I only have michael@cloud.webpal.net in the list
